As part of this commitment, ICN pursues an ambitious development plan for the design and delivery of high quality digital learning experiences throughout the School’s growing digital learning portfolio, and is looking to reinforce its educational technology teams with a digital learning designer. The post-holder will develop the learning design of digital teaching sessions, modules and programmes on the Bachelor, Master and post-experience level. This includes in particular the storyboarding of content and activities as well as assessment. S/he will partner with our international faculty and work closely with the School’s learning technology unit.
The digital learning designer will be a key contributor to the ongoing development and application of ICN’s digital teaching & learning strategy for engaging online and blended delivery. S/he will also provide guidance to and train faculty as well as support programme management teams in the development of innovative learning opportunities and educational offers.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent position and become part of the School’s growing educational technology teams that drive ICN’s ambitious teaching & learning strategy. The post-holder can choose to be based on the School’s ARTEM campus in Nancy or its new Paris campus in the heart of La Défense.
Requirements
The post-holder must have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline, ideally related to education. The successful candidate will need excellent learning design skills and must possess significant experience of pedagogical or educational design. The ability to create and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships across the School, in particular with faculty, learning technology and IT teams are essential. Experience of working within the higher education sector and/or in a customer facing setting are desirable.
Candidates are expected to be fully operational in English. Proficiency in French is not required, but will be considered an asset. French language training can be provided.
