Digital Experience Manager

Spread the love

Could you be our new Digital Experience Manager? We’re looking for a Digital thought leader to help us create user-friendly, sector-leading experiences across our websites and digital marketing platforms – bringing our new strategy to life.

This is an exciting time to join Middlesex University. We recently launched a new strategy, we have refreshed our brand, and we’ll be launching a new corporate website soon. We are a global university with campuses in London, Dubai and Mauritius. In the UK, we’re a top 2 young university and we’ve got an international reputation for our approach to teaching creative, technical and professional skills.

As the university’s Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead, nurture and develop our core web team; curate and publish compelling content for a range of audiences; set up and manage efficient content management systems; and liaise with a variety of stakeholders from across the board. With a passion for digital engagement and top-notch user experience, you’ll be able to scan the horizon for new technologies and opportunities to support the team and the university’s strategic ambitions.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing our digital governance model, ensuring our websites comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those around accessibility, data protection and intellectual property.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and problem-solver with experience in managing large public-facing websites, bringing together a deep understanding of digital best-practice, content management, SEO, accessibility, analytics and a good understanding of HTML and CSS.

Our community includes more than 40,000 students as well as academics and partner organisations. We are passionate about turning knowledge into action to shape a brighter, more inclusive and equitable world. We value diversity and strive to create a fairer work environment for our staff and students.

We offer a range of family-friendly, inclusive employment policies, excellent flexible and hybrid working arrangements, staff diversity networks, campus facilities and services to support staff from different backgrounds.
