Background
The IT Support function of Information Technology provides IT and AV support for Staff and Students across all sites at City, University London. Support is provided over the phone, with remote tools and local visits.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for level 1 and 2 software and hardware support.
You will also Provide technical advice, guidance and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs.
Person Specification
Educated to A level or equivalent, you will possess a good understanding of IT in a similar support role.
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be analytical in problem solving.
