
As part of the Quality Team based at Central Saint Martins you will provide advice and support to staff engaged in the College’s quality assurance and enhancement procedures.
This means supporting course validation, review and modification, annual course monitoring, assisting with quality reviews, external examiner appointments; acting as secretary to working groups and committees as appropriate and working with the team to quality assure student facing documentation throughout the year.
About you
Educated to a minimum undergraduate degree level or with equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of quality assurance in higher education.
You will possess strong communication skills and be able to quickly build strong working relationships with academic and administrative colleagues. You will have excellent organisation skills, supported by strong IT and written skills. Being able to take notes and draft clear, concise documents and committee minutes is essential.
You will need to be self-motivated with an eye for detail and a commitment to improving education and the student experience.
