The Digital Product Delivery Team forms part of the directorship responsible for the delivery of all technology and technical operations for the College. This includes 5 separate departments: Digital Product Delivery, Portfolio & Business Operations, IT (Shared Technology, Service Operations and Security), Technical Services and Library Services. The Digital Product Delivery team is responsible for delivering services across 5 product lines covering Teaching and Learning, Student Lifecycle, Research & Academic, Library, HR & Finance, Estates and Cross Functional including organisational wide products.   

Applications are invited to join our amazing team as Deputy Director of Digital Product Delivery.  The successful candidate requires the ability to meet the needs of a wide and diverse range of stakeholders, with a focus on excellent total experience for our Students, Staff and Alumni. As a key senior leadership position, the role is responsible for setting and maintaining the strategy for the Digital Product function, working very closely with the senior leadership across the RCA, evolving the strategy, capability and organisation to ensure it remains relevant to the College and its Academic strategic priorities.
