Our Travel and Tourism section at Uxbridge Campus offers a range of travel-related courses to our learners, with a focus on the airline/aviation and hospitality industries. Working with local employers at and around Heathrow airport, we successfully prepare learners for careers in the sector and/or higher education.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Lecturer seeking the next step in their career. We are seeking a Course Team Leader for Travel and Tourism to join our successful and friendly team. You will co-ordinate and support the development and delivery of the curriculum and also teach across a range of programmes.
You will possess a degree in a relevant subject area, together with an advanced level teaching qualification (PGCE/DET or equivalent) and have 2 years’ successful teaching experience in the relevant subject area. You will also have experience of curriculum co-ordination and development and preferably some experience of leading/supervising others.
