About the Role

Queen Mary, University of London is the fourth largest College of the University of London and has gained a reputation for the high-quality of its academic teaching and research. The successful candidate will be will be part of the Cleaning Services team and be required to provide a high standard cleaning service to Queen Mary’s buildings and to lead a professional and customer focused service to staff, students and visitors.

About You

Applicants should hold GCSE English or equivalent and have a good command of the English language both written and verbally. You will be required to be able to carry out manual handling tasks and good customer communication and care skills. The role requires experience leading a customer focused team and knowledge of health and safety practices in relation to cleaning tasks.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is part time (30 hours per week), permanent appointment. Starting salary will be £22,781 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
