
About the Role
Nanoforce Technology Ltd (Nanoforce) is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to take the company into its next stage, expanding the remit of Nanoforce to a wider range of engineering applications, and driving new business and financial growth. We are seeking an experienced leader who is able to oversee the day-to-day management of this small company and generate and sustain a long term strategic business plan.
About You
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), have experience in project or change management, and have significant experience leading a company or small business. You must have the ability to work independently, as well as being able to effectively manage a team. The ability to represent a business or company to external stakeholders is also key. Some experience of working academia would be beneficial.

The School is part of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, which comprises of five schools. The Faculty is focused on establishing itself as one of the leading Faculties for Science and Engineering in the UK.

Nanoforce is an open-door industry-facing contract research and development company committed to delivering state of the art material solutions based on advanced processing technologies. The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London, with capacity for remote working. It is part time (28 hours per week). The expected start date is August 2022 (ideally 1 August 2022). The starting salary will be Grade 7, £56,678 – £63,351 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
