Through our galleries and innovative exhibitions and public programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

We are seeking a Birthday Party Coordinator to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is a key events role in ensuring that our popular birthday party packages are delivered from conception to conclusion and that world class standards, sales targets and key performance indicators are achieved. You will be responsible for coordinating the successful lead up to the party and on the day delivery. You will also be responsible for the continued reputational development of our Birthday Party packages and maximising commercial income.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer experience/service background and be able to confidently deal with high level clients and families. This role is ideal for someone wanting to take their first step into events. You will enjoy interacting with clients, have a positive outlook and possess an understanding of how to apply selling skills to drive sales and conversion. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, an eye for detail and who can confidently communicate and deliver world class service. Enthusiastic and personable, our ideal candidate will thrive in bringing an event together and enjoy growing income and reputation.
