Our new bar is looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join the team as Bar Staff. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining friendly convivial relations with all customers, handling cash and credit card transactions, operating a POS system. Must be able to work flexible times including working some weekends. Our bar staff are responsible for ensuring that all customers and members leave our establishment with positive memories of their experience with us. Previous hospitality or similar work experience is preferred, but not a essential as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks to customers.
- Answer customer questions about the bar’s menu.
- Make recommendations to customers about food and drink.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and politely.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a tidy work area for the service of drinks.
