The role: Working carefully with cross-functional SMEs and marketing team, you will drive efficiency outcomes by being accountable for the technical build and ongoing maintenance of lifecycle customer journeys, in addition to management of technical cross-channel tasks. What you will do:

Design, develop and manage automated projects within Marketing Cloud across the trainee lifecycle to enhance student experience in line with efficiency objectives

Build of client journeys and their components, making sure finest practice journey design and construct practices are followed

Equate business requirements into practical, scalable options leveraging the performance and best practices of Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud platform, features and tools. Stay throughout new MC updates and its opportunities for POLS Australia. Champion MC throughout business and train/ Upskill others when required

Responsible for the upkeep and support of the Marketing Cloud circumstances.
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Experience working with Marketing Cloud to deliver marketing automations and consumer lifecycle management, consisting of email studio, content contractor, journey builder and interaction studio.

Proficiency in producing complex consumer journeys from end-to-end, including testing.

Verifiable experience in managing jobs, top priorities and resources to deliver organization outcomes, and a proven ability to interact in between technical and non-technical teams

Experience in performance analysis, insight advancement and reporting

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, company or innovation
