Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching Psychology courses and who wants to make an impact on the lives of learners across the world. With a background in higher education, you have experience and expertise in fully-online accelerated learning and teaching delivery. Please note that you must hold a Master’s qualification or higher in a related discipline. We are seeking committed educators to undertake course teaching and assessment, supporting academic delivery of managed programs for our Australian university partners. As well as being a positive and energetic individual, you have a growth mindset and will tackle the complexities presented by a growing and evolving business.
What you will do:

Prepare and deliver online webinars, tutorials and other learning sessions ensuring student-centred learning opportunities for all students.

Mark and assess courses, providing timely and appropriate consultation and feedback to students to encourage student engagement and support their success.

Facilitate online discussions, using appropriate technologies to promote flexible, accessible and student-centred learning environments.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure equality teaching delivery.

Maintain currency within the discipline and/or professional practice by actively engaging in scholarly activities and industry/community engagement.

Contribute to course design and development project-based work as required, including the provision of subject matter expertise and review of courses.
