About the role: We are currently looking for an experienced Project team lead to manage a PM team to provide exceptional customer service to our client when implementing and delivering solution to client.

This will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to project managers to implement solution for existing and new contracts, while remaining within budgets.

  • Provide technical and operational support to the business teams when they are developing relationships with new and existing clients

  • Build on organisational capabilities and take a lead on developing solutions that meet the needs of new or existing clients

  • Transition proposed solutions into reality where the business has been successful in winning new contracts

  • On successful program/project initiation recruit, train and create the resource locally to take on the program/project management on a daily basis

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in complex environment or similar industry, managing multiple complex projects

  • Knowledge and experience of working in Africa as this is a key growth area for the business (desirable)

  • Ability to set priorities and to deliver a high-quality service in a high-volume work environment within strict time constraints

  • Knowledge and experience of working within an IT environment and able to demonstrate the ability to communicate between the needs of a business and translate this to an IT specification for development

  • Must be able to travel internationally and will be required to stay for up to 4- 6 weeks in duration, as and when required

Flexible working: We are committed to hybrid working practices and has adopted flexible remote and virtual working. We require the candidate to work from our Nunawading office 2 days week (Tuesday and Thursday) and reminder of the week to work from home.
