
*About the role: *
We are currently looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team. As the Marking Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of internal marking projects. The role of Marking Centre Supervisor is part of the Online Services team and is a key member of the team.
As the Marking Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

Supervision of the operation of the marking centre and marking related activities.

Creating and maintaining all marking operations documentation.

Recruitment, training, and management of casual staff members for all professional marking projects, marking centre support and help desk operations.

Organise the recruitment and assist with the management of expert marking and invigilation projects.

Development of training guides and the training of users in marking operations.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

High level of PC literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Must have good written and oral communication skills and be able to work across all levels in a multicultural and diverse office environment.

Must have demonstrated experience working with confidential matters.

Must have demonstrated experience in roles that required high level of ownership, attention to detail, initiative, multi-tasking as well as actioning requests from a diverse range of internal clients.
