The role: Pearson’s Australian K-12 team is seeking a methodical and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and support our effort to deliver impactful resources to Australian educators and learners. The Digital Marketing Specialist – Web & eCommerce is an analytical marketer, working hands-on across digital campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting. Using data to measure, test and improve performance, you will work collaboratively with marketing colleagues, digital specialists and the wider business to ensure the website delivers an industry-leading customer experience and financial performance.

What you will do:

  • Deliver customer-focused digital marketing tactics to drive growth and retention with support from the Marketing Manager and digital specialists.

  • Collaborate with vendors to support, maintain and optimise digital marketing channels.

  • Set up and test digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective integration with related platforms to enable effective lead management, optimization and reporting.

  • Report against objectives to demonstrate impact on customer experience and financial performance in order to inform future campaign activities

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Significant experience overseeing website and eCommerce channels.

  • Significant experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Significant experience reporting against objectives to demonstrate impact on customer experience and financial performance, utilising learnings to inform future activities.
