Our team: Higher Education – The Higher Education division provides quality courseware and innovative digital learning solutions that support learners and educators in the tertiary sector.
The Channel Executive will work with the Director of Sales and the Sales Operations Manager to provide administrative support to execute on the channel strategy in relation to our Channel Partners in the Higher Education Division at Pearson. The Channel Executive will take the lead on proactive communications and support for our channel partners, including working with University Libraries, campus bookstores, and online retailers. This role has the ability to grow and expand in responsibility for the right candidate.
The role:

To provide administrative support to execute on the channel strategy in relation to our Channel Partners

Maintain and support Print-On-Demand processes with fulfilment partners and provide feedback and recommendations to the Management team

Lead communications with both online and bricks-and-mortar channel partners

Lead Library channel communications and fulfilment activities

Communicate processes and updates in channel activities to the Sales and Customer Success teams
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Experience in a similar role working with channel partners and systems
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively for diverse audiences

Exceptional organisational skills, detail-oriented and strong ability to multi-task and work on a cross-functional team

Experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
