
The role: Reporting directly to the VP of Customer business, As an Account Executive you’ll be focused on bringing new Talent Lens clients to Pearson Workforce Skills. With an initial focus on cross/ upselling to a large portfolio of existing clients, you will quickly start to hunt for new business, in order to drive and grow revenues. You will be motivated by generating revenue for the business, through product sales. You will generate leads through your own prospecting and marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the Talent Lens platform, products & services in relation to customer use cases in order to better evangelise Talent Lens within the assigned territory.

Driving new logo acquisition.

Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

Forecasting and delivering against revenue targets and achieving sales volume.

Working with our Partnerships Manager & partners to expand Talent Lens’ influence within assigned territory.

Working with global and local Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness.

Documenting plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Demonstrated B2B sales experience selling SaaS based solutions.

Solution sales expertise; can develop relationships with multiple client stakeholders.

Skills in use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience using a CRM-System for sales activity tracking, deal flow, and forecasting (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Experience in demonstrating software solutions to clients using virtual meeting tools.

Deadline driven with a sense of urgency.

Flexible, do what it takes to get the job done in a team dynamic.

Can manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently with pipeline development.
