
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
As we continue to grow and invest in our HR Directorate and particularly business partnering, we are now seeking to recruit an Associate HR Business Partner to help continue our culture of trusted partnership and support our delivery of integrated strategic and operational business partnering services to our Professional Services client areas.
You will work with the HR Business Partners to support them in the delivery of effective business partnering within Professional Services. This will include being the first point of contact for all day to day HR support for people management activities including change management, advice and guidance on terms and conditions, first line employee relations casework and application of HR policy and procedures.
You will:
- Have a good standard of education, A-Level or equivalent
- Be CIPD qualified level 5 (or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience within the HR field)
- Have a proven track record of providing high quality HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Have good generalist HR knowledge and up to date knowledge of employment law
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and progress a high volume of routine matters independently and approach novel problems in a proactive and solutions based manner
- In addition, excellent communication skills are essential in this role as well as the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of Stakeholders.
A flexible approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the willingness to take on new tasks and projects are essential to the success of this role.
