Salary from £39,313 to £47,148 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £50,614 pa inclusive of London allowance
The London School of Economics is a cosmopolitan university situated in the vibrant centre of London that specialises in the study of social sciences. The Estates Division is responsible for development and implementation of the LSE’s Estate Strategy providing world class buildings and facilities for teaching and research. We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join the Capital Development team within the Estates Division.
The key main duties will be to manage projects and external consultants, prepare project programmes, manage budgets, and monitor the progress of project works. Assist the Senior/Project Managers in managing the delivery of key School projects.
You will ideally have a professional qualification and
- Demonstrable experience of Contract Administration & Construction Project Management
- Experience in project programming and financial management skills
- Able to work under pressure and plan and organise a busy workload with conflicting deadlines
- Able to exchange information effectively and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts
