With a flair for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and across the College, deploying the ability to multi-task and to work alongside managers in support of a wide range of issues.
Additionally, strong organisational and planning skills will be key attributes for succeeding in this busy and varied role.
As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will provide a comprehensive HR service, supporting both managers and staff in designated schools and professional service departments within the College.
You will be CIPD-qualified and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of a range of formal and informal HR processes and procedures in order to provide generalist HR support, advice and guidance. For more information about the HR team, please see the information here.
The role is subject to hybrid working. At present, this role will be undertaken remotely with a requirement to be onsite in Bloomsbury for a minimum of one day a week. Currently, the regular onsite working day is Monday but this may be subject to change and there is a requirement to be present for meetings and/or events where attendance is necessary.
Grade 6 of the College’s London Pay Scale which is £34,343 rising to £39,173 per annum.
The salary quoted is on the College’s London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
