
Salary Details: Up to £26,000 per annum, plus benefits

We are now seeking to appoint an Administrator to the President’s Office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in Higher Education and to develop a multitude of skills. Working within the President’s Office, the Administrator will report to the Secretary to the Board of Trustees.
This role is varied and so the role holder must have the ability to prioritise and work on several tasks simultaneously, including but not limited to: managing the day-to-day operations of the President’s Office, diary management, arranging and attending meetings and taking minutes, management of the non-academic complaints process, compiling reports as necessary and arranging travel and accommodation.
The role holder will hold a degree or the equivalent experience and will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail. Skills in Microsoft Office are essential, as is communication – both written and oral.
