- Identify frustration and deal with complaints quickly and with compassion empowering a problem solving team, resulting in customer complete satisfaction and enhancement to the overall visitor experience.
- Ensuring a robust knowledge of all items provided, identifying all secondary invest chances and activity experience enhancements
- Making sure all activity devices and associated environments are maintained and checked to a high requirement (full training provided).
- Making certain all the activities you provide are fun, safe and academic.
- Assist with marketing and upselling all recreation and events.
- Supply a clean and safe environment for our visitors by adhering to Cleaning and Health & & Safety procedures
- Supporting & & assisting other Departments on Park when required.

Experience:
- Previous experience of working within the leisure/customer service industry
- Experience of Leisure/ Sports Activities
Certifications:
This function is the best introduction for a long term profession in outside activities and experience we will supply full training and induction, continuous mentoring, feedback and training advancement throughout the season and assist you to work towards National Governing Body Qualifications. Such as ERCA climbing trainer, Team Gb Archery coach, Cytech Level 2 bike mechanic.
This function requires the effective prospect to undergo a boosted DBS check. Due to the certifications and training provided the effective candidate needs to be 18 years and over.
